STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) has become a major focus in education over the past few years.  By giving our students the tools to succeed in these areas, we are not only helping them to perform well in the classroom but also to find success in the job market and in their future careers.

Goddard Public Schools has recently been named a Project Lead the Way (PLTW) district and now offers PLTW in all buildings.  PLTW is a hands-on STEM curriculum that allows students to collaborate, problem solve, and explore in the safety and comfort of the science classroom while under the instruction and supervision of a highly-trained instructor.  We are very excited to offer these opportunities to our students.  Students will participate in lab activities, discussions, and unit-long modules.
