Please help us congratulate Miss Bay, 3rd Grade Teacher, on being awarded the "PurposeFULL with Courage" rock for February. Ms. Bay was honored with the "Courage" Award for consistently doing what is right, even in the face of challenges Ms. Bay has navigated difficult situations with grace and determination while advocating for her students. Her steadfastness, courage, and leadership are noticed and appreciated. She demonstrates that doing what is right, though sometimes difficult, is always worth it in the end.

Please help us congratulate Mrs. Wyant, Speech Pathologist, on being awarded the "PurposeFULL with Cooperation" rock for February. She is always very kind and helpful through the evaluation and support process! She is flexible and willing to adapt her speech schedule so students don't miss something fun in the classroom and she is always willing to reschedule and still see her students at a different time. She is very cooperative and communicates well which is extremely valuable when it comes to scheduling and making sure students get what they need!

Please help us congratulate Mrs. Kim, Special Education Para, on being awarded the "PurposeFULL with Responsibility" rock for February. Mrs. Kim is here everyday working with her students with great compassion and dedication. Her commitment to the success of the students she works with is unwavering. Students' faces light up when they have an opportunity to work with her. She is a great asset to Apollo and the 1st Grade team.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY - Your Apollo Family

Join us from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 in the Eisenhower High School cafeteria for the USD 265 Special Education Services Fair! There will be an array of service vendors and support organizations for individuals with special needs, as well as free Chick-Fil-A sandwiches while supplies last. USD 265 staff that attend will even be entered in a raffle for some great prizes! This event is aimed to help provide support, information and connect resources with those that need them. Come help us help our community!
